Haikal started his career in the Marine industry as a Quality Assurance Engineer, he was tasked to ensure that operation procedures are adhered to strictly based on Clients Specifications. He was also a qualified and appointed Internal Auditor certified by the American Bereau of Shipping In ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
In 2014, he was promoted into the Projects Department where he managed Marine projects. His main objectives in project management was to lead all department to achieve timely completion, quality, and most importantly the management of costs to ensure project profitability.
With his skill set, Knowledge and experience gathered over the years, Haikal made the decision to pursue a more meaningful career as a financial consultant with TAQ Wealth associates to improve the life of the community. Haikal beliefs that everyone's economic and life situation is unique and he keeps that in mind when providing financial advice. According to him It is a game of perfection and patience, where every decision and every stroke in the game matters, It is not only a game of skill but also requires critical thinking to strategize, taking into consideration ones weaknesses and strength.
